Led development of an Integrated Business Planning platform across ASP.NET, Python, and Power BI. Defined system architecture, drove agile execution, and integrated AI agents for automation and decision support.

Challenge
AI technologies were changing fast, and the team needed a practical path to adopt agents, RAG, and MCP in enterprise planning workflows without disrupting delivery — plus a way to keep up as new tools appeared.
My Role
Led AI R&D: researched options, designed and implemented the Agent Framework on the AgentScope framework, then built evaluation tooling and the OllieHub tool hub, and coached the team on adoption.
Approach
  • Researched AI technologies and designed/implemented the Agent Framework on the AgentScope framework (MCP, RAG, tools, skills)
  • Built the Agent Evaluation tool to score agents from the framework, plus skills/plugins for Claude Code
  • Created OllieHub: a hub to plug tools in/out and compare open-source tools quickly on dockerized infrastructure, exposing REST API/MCP interfaces for any agent harness
  • Coached engineers on AI-assisted development practices
Result
Team adopted reusable agent patterns with an evaluation harness for model/agent comparison, and OllieHub let the team trial and swap fast-moving AI tools behind stable REST/MCP interfaces.
What I Learned
Evaluation before rollout: groundedness and guardrail metrics decide whether an agent is production-ready; a plug-in/out hub absorbs fast tool churn without rewriting agents.
